Meet The Team

Dr. Grant Eichstadt

Dr. Eichstadt graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in kinesiology and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University College of Chiropractic. He is passionate about serving the Raleigh–Durham Triangle community and is inspired by his own chiropractic experiences as a former athlete.

Dr. Eichstadt is dedicated to helping patients of all ages live happier, more active lives. He takes pride in watching his patients achieve their goals and progress toward higher levels of function. His approach incorporates functional neurology, applied kinesiology, and a variety of release therapies—including ART, Graston, and cupping—to deliver personalized, effective care tailored to each individual.

Jacob S., Chiropractic Assistant

Originally from Raleigh, Jacob loves hiking in the mountains and enjoying the fresh air the peaks have to offer—he’s even hiked Grandfather Mountain twice in the same month. When he’s not on the trails, you’ll find him playing chess, practicing archery, or lifting weights.

He enjoys being a chiropractic assistant because it gives him the opportunity to learn about each patient’s hobbies and personality, and to see how they progress over time.

Escarle D., Chiropractic Assistant

Escarle is originally from Durham and loves spending her time at the beach, especially watching sunsets, and she’s a huge coffee fan. Her favorite color is pink, which reflects her bright and cheerful personality.

As a chiropractic assistant, Escarle enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them better with each visit, creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone she works with.
